Joseph Browne is 15 years old and has “classic” autism which, in his case, requires that he has 1 to 1 support at school and in the community. At the age of 3 he started in his ABA program which he maintains to this day. He has taken his twin sisters Olivia and Morgan, 13, and his older brother Nicholas, who is 16, along with his parents, on a journey.

As a very young child Joseph loved to draw. First with crayons, then chalk, then white boards, onto pencil and paper and sometime even the occasional wall, well actually many walls and even ceilings! He has had great opportunities within therapy session to develop his love of drawing.  He is now learning how to do his drawings on a Vector based program. Due to his great love of drawing Joe is able to learn more and concentrate longer when his tasks involve drawing.

BroJoe is Josephs t-shirt company. Joseph’s specialty is in drawing and developing t-shirt designs into Vector Graphics, which are used during the printing process of t-shirts. Joe made his first t-shirt in the summer of 2014 and was so delighted to see people wearing it that he has been anxious to make more. As Joe’s company sells more t-shirts he will be able to create, print and sell more.

It is our hope that Joseph will be able to sell t-shirts for a living putting his profits into his micro board, a non profit society for one person, and sustain a reasonable living. To be economically independent will allow him to have more choices over his own life as an adult.

A portion of the profits from the sale of BroJoe products will go to an organization that supports people with autism to be the very best they can be.

Joseph and his family are very grateful to T2Unlock for giving the Bro Joe t-shirt design company the opportunity to share their business vision with the general public. We hope that the awareness that T2Unlock brings to autism helps other people with autism, like Joseph, take what they love to do and make it into something special.
